Right now I'm currently waiting for my permanent crowns to come in and my experience so far is in the negatives. But the lowest option they allow you to put is 1 so that's what they're getting. So yesterday I had temporary crowns put on on my front two teeth. And I have to say this is the WORST I'VE EVER SEEN MY TEETH LOOK! I can't even look at myself in the mirror without wanting to cry! I've called them 3 times today to complain about how stupid they look and how bad they are, how much they hurt, etc.I was left on hold for almost 20 minutes. So I had to hang up and call back. When I did the receptionist said to (verbatim) "Oh I'm sorry i forgot you were on hold. Tammy is still busy so I'll have her call you back." 😒 and still waiting on that call....... So I've had to call and leave a verbal message because apparently they're screening my calls now and won't answer the phone or call me back. So let me update everyone that I'm paying almost $5,000 for my whole experience here at Aspen Dental. From my broken crowns being crushed and sawed down to points. To temporary my crowns to my permanent crowns oh and I was also fitted for a night guard because I grind my teeth in my sleep.

The office was understaffed, but the customer service was excellent. Each staff member was very apologetic and you could tell they tried their best to take care of each patient quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I have no complaints as everything was explained thoroughly. A very pleasant atmosphere for my dental visit. 5 stars.

There are a lot of very talented and friendly people who work here. They were able to address an urgent dental issue I was experiencing with some challenging medical, budgetary, and logistical constraints. A big thank you to Rachel who kept things light and friendly as she did my X-rays and scans, to Julia who helped explain the dental situation and the available solutions and was able to accommodate my atypical situation, and to Tammy for working with me to come up with an affordable plan of action. I'm very grateful I chose to come to Aspen Dental!

My first time at an Aspen Dental and I had a great experience. Jesse was extremely kind and helpful! Tammy was also very helpful in getting me set up for my wisdom teeth removal. She explained everything and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left! I was very happy with my experience!

I don’t have insurance and needed some dental work done. Aspen is working with my budget to help me get the care I need over 3 visits and I can pay monthly thanks to care credit. It’s a stressful thing, to need dental work, but they took some of that stress off by being so welcoming and professional. Particularly Bri, who greeted me and did my X-rays. She was funny and kind and helped me relax. Aspen as a whole was organized and efficient. I arrived right before my appointment and was seen almost immediately. I came home and told my husband we’re switching the family over to their care. 10/10 would recommend. And bonus if you get Bri as a team member to help you. She’s great and they should give her a hefty holiday bonus 😜
